TAM Elite is a membership programme, not a payment card, and is not affiliated with Visa, Mastercard, or any other payment network.

3. Eligibility and Enrolment

To enrol in TAM Elite, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application process. You are responsible for keeping your account and contact information up to date.

4. Membership Tiers and Fees

TAM Elite offers Premium and VIP membership tiers, each with its own set of privileges. Applicable membership fees, benefits, and terms are those presented to you at the time of enrolment or renewal. We reserve the right to modify membership fees and benefits for future enrolment periods, with reasonable notice to existing members.

5. Use of Your Membership Card

Your TAM Elite membership card (physical or digital) is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. You are responsible for presenting your card or QR code at participating partner locations to redeem privileges, in accordance with each partner's own terms and availability.

6. Partner Merchants and Third-Party Offers

Privileges and offers are provided by independent partner merchants. While we carefully select our partners, TAM Elite is not responsible for the quality, availability, pricing, or fulfilment of any goods or services provided by partner merchants. Offers are subject to change or withdrawal by partners at any time and without notice, and additional terms set by the partner may apply.

7. Payments and Renewals

Membership fees are payable as described at the time of purchase or renewal. Unless otherwise stated at the point of sale, membership fees are non-refundable once your membership has been activated, except where required by applicable law.

8. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused your membership card, or engaged in fraudulent activity.
